Rhode Island Hiking

Rhode Island is a very unique and charming area that has a lot to offer in the way of beauty, excitement and all around entertainment. One of the best ways to explore new areas is by hiking and seeing everything up close and in person. You really can’t say that you’ve seen this area until you’ve used your own two feet as a vessel to explore. Anyone who is interested in visiting a new and exciting place that is full of many wonders will love hiking the trails of Rhode Island. Let’s talk a bit more about some of the wonderful sights that you can see while on your hiking trip through Rhode Island. Ever upwards to the Contour Path

What to Expect on a Hiking Trail

Rhode Island is a very small place, but it is certainly packed with a lot to take in. There are tons of great people, many beautiful structures and the wildlife is absolutely stunning. There are so many natural beauties in this region, and there are more than 400 miles of beautiful coastlines to explore. Many beaches, parks and gardens are at your disposal, so it's easy to find something to do. You’ll absolutely fall in love with the many sights and attractions that are scattered throughout the region.

Old Harbor

Old Harbor is a beautiful region that has a lot to offer in the way of excitement and beauty. You can hike through many gorgeous trails that are covered with charming wildlife. On top of having many natural beauties, the region is also filled with several amazing restaurants and shops that will keep you occupied. The village's unique architecture is absolutely stunning and resembles a historic area. Hiking through this region will give you many hours of excitement and you’ll have no shortage of fun activities to take part in.

Mohegan Bluffs

One of my absolute favorite places to hike to is the Mohegan Bluffs, which are around 200 ft. above sea and they go on for almost 4 miles. The scenery is absolute breathtaking and the lighthouse is one of the most beautiful structures in the states. It's considered to be one of the most beautiful areas in the region, and once you see it you'll have no problems understanding why. You truly have to see it to appreciate just how magnificent it is. This is a perfect area for the hiking enthusiast who wants to see the most of what the region has to offer.
